A Chinese bronze and silver inlaid ding and cover

A Chinese bronze and silver inlaid ding and cover, probably late Ming. The compressed circular body with angled handles, the lid with three animal ring lifts which become feet, the shoulder cast with a stylized geometric band, the interior of the vessel and the underside to the cover cast with characters, all on three tall feet, 27cm across.
