A rare Chinese calligraphic perfume box

A rare Chinese calligraphic perfume box, 18th / 19th century. The square cover pierced with a single aperture to the top, and decorated with rows of stylized calligraphy, the details gilded, the base coral glazed, the interior and underside turquoise, 4.5cm. The property of a Lady, acquired in Singapore between 1950 and 1953.
