A rare pair of Chinese polychrome lacquer jardinières Qianlong 1736-95, each with flared scalloped rims and raised on four lobed feet, the sides carved with panels containing cranes, deer, flowers, trees and fungi, all on a ground of stylized lotus, minor damages, 24.6cm. (2) Provenance: HRH The Prince Henry, Duke of Gloucester KG, KT, KP.
