A LARGE CHINESE AGATE 'LINGZHI' BRUSH WASHER

QING DYNASTY

The deep body formed as a large lingzhi cap, the exterior carved in high relief with many mushrooms growing from a gnarled branch which forms the foot, the hardstone a pale colour with horizontal white striations, 16.5cm.
