A SINO-TIBETAN COPPERY-BRONZE FIGURE OF AMITAYUS

QING DYNASTY

Seated in dhyanasana and holding a triratna and raised on a plain base, together with a cigar case, a pipe and a photograph of Captain Younghusband, 13.5cm. (4)

Provenance: formerly from the collection of Captain William Charles Hayman Francis Younghusband, The Tibet Expedition 1903-4, by direct descent.
