A PAIR OF CHINESE BLUE AND WHITE 'LANDSCAPE' DISHES
19TH CENTURY
Each painted to the centre with scenes of figures engaged in agricultural work in a rural landscape, with farmhouses and pagodas dispersed amongst the trees and mountains, the rims decorated with bands of bats amidst stylised clouds, with sprays of lotus to the underside of each, the bases with six character Kangxi marks, 34cm. (2)
