QING DYNASTY

Each carved in shallow relief with a scene of houses amidst trees in a rocky mountainous landscape, all within openwork floral borders, the reverse of each incised with an inscription, the stands surmounted by lion dogs and carved in openwork with floral and foliate designs, with the feet formed as dragon-carps, 26.5cm. (4)
