A CHINESE BRONZE INCENSE BURNER 16TH/17TH CENTURY With a compressed circular body and lion mask handles all raised on a flared circular foot, a six character Xuande mark to the base, 17.5cm, 1kg. Provenance: from the collection of Professor Peter H Plesch and Mrs Traudi Plesch OBE and thence by descent, collection no.Bh15, purchased in 1959 for £10.
