A CHINESE SPINACH-GREEN JADE 'THREE FRIENDS OF WINTER' VASE 18TH CENTURY Carved as the trunk of a prunus tree with a blossoming branch, a gnarled pine tree and sprays of bamboo and lingzhi, together with a wood stand, 15.5cm. Provenance: from the collection H R Parfitt Esq., then purchased Sotheby's London, 9th November 1954, lot 147 for £48, and later the collection of Mr Arthur Crick (1890-1956).
