A rare Chinese famille rose punch bowl Yongzheng c.1730, finely painted with four boys and four young women in fenced rocky gardens, with colourful rockwork, plantain and pine, the interior with five iron red and grey carp amidst sprigs of water weed, encircled by a border of bright flowers, minor faults, 39.1cm. Provenance: from a private English collection in Hampshire.
