A CHINESE WUCAI 'PEACOCK' VASE
17TH CENTURY
Painted to the exterior with a large peacock perched on rockwork amidst large peony blossoms and gnarled prunus branches, with birds in flight, all set against an iron-red diaper ground, mounted with ormolu as a table lamp, 37cm the vase, 63cm overall.
