TWO QAJAR POLYCHROME MOULDED TILES

19TH CENTURY

The larger tile decorated with a figure carrying a child and a parasol whilst riding on horseback, the smaller depicting a mounted archer beneath a pair of birds perched on scrolling branches, with buildings and flowers distributed throughout the scenes, 31.5cm x 24.5cm and 21.8cm x 14.9cm. (2)
