The bowl brightly painted with a continuous figural scene, the interior with panels containing further figures divided by key fret and precious Daoist objects, the dish painted with a large medallion depicting officials, ladies and warriors, each with a band of bats, butterflies and birds amidst flowers and fruits encircling the rim, 35cm and 37.5cm.
