A CHINESE PEWTER TEAPOT AND COVER AND A SUGAR BOWL AND COVER

Each shaped as a coin, the teapot decorated with the four characters Qianlong tong bao, the sugar bowl inscribed Guangxu tong bao, the reverse of each with Manchu script, the loop handles set with jadeite sections and terminating in mythical beast masks, the feet and knops formed as further cash motifs, 15.7cm and 16.3cm, 484g and 538g.
