A CHINESE BLUE AND WHITE LATER-ENAMELLED BOTTLE VASE
KANGXI 1662-1722
The pear-shaped body surmounted by a tall slender neck which flares slightly at the rim, painted in underglaze blue with two mythical beasts amidst stylised clouds and blossoms, with areas picked out in coloured enamels and gilt, all raised on a tall flared foot, with a flower to the base, 24.6cm.
