A LARGE MING-STYLE TURQUOISE GLAZED ORMOLU-MOUNTED YEN YEN VASE

19TH CENTURY

Decorated in relief with large peony flowerheads growing from scrolling leafy tendrils, the tall flaring neck with further foliate sprays, with a dark blue crackled glaze to the exterior, mounted with elaborate ormolu handles and set with a lamp fitting, the vase approx 51cm, 73.5cm overall.
