Comprising: one Jizhou with a paper-cut design of two phoenix and three flowerheads, one Cizhou with irregular russet splashes over a black ground, one Henan with stylised motifs against a black ground, one with a lobed mallow-shaped body, one with a tortoiseshell glaze decorated with oil spots and brown splashes, and one deep bowl with five russet splash marks to the interior, 16cm dia max. (6)
Provenance: from the collection of Francis Golding (1944-2013). The largest bowl purchased from Michael Willcox on 22nd March 2002. Four purchased from Linart Ltd London between 1994 and 2000.
