A CHINESE PAINTED POTTERY MODEL OF A FIGURE RIDING A HORSE

The horse depicted standing tall with all four feet on the ground, the figure sits on the horse's back with his arms raised before him, the model decorated with red and black pigments, together with a rectangular wood stand raised on four scrolling feet, the top inset with a marble panel incised with two lines of calligraphy and a seal mark, 30cm high.
