A LARGE CHINESE CANTON FAMILLE ROSE 'LADIES' VASE

The body painted with two large panels enclosing beauties at leisure in a fine pavilion, with a further two figural scenes to the neck, the panels surrounded by phoenix and butterflies perched amidst blossoming flowers, with moulded chilong to the shoulder and applied handles formed as pairs of boys flanking the neck, 62.5cm.
Provenance: from a UK private collection, acquired in the 1970s.
