A Chinese red cinnabar lacquer lobed box and cover, finely carved with a small boy offering fruit to his master who stands holding a long lotus sceptre upon which rests a peach, both figures are raised on chrysanthemum flower heads and ride breaking waves, 18th or early 19th century, damages to the sides and rims, 14.5cm. (2)
