A Chinese celadon jade two handled cup

A Chinese celadon jade two handled cup, with a rounded bowl carved on one side in shallow relief with a single figure amidst bamboo and rockwork, the reverse with four lines of calligraphy and raised on a short straight footrim. The two handles pierced and worked in the form of gnarled prunus branches, each with a single blossom, Ming dynasty, 16th/17th century, 14cm. Cf.
