A Chinese gilt copper small circular box and cover, the lid decorated in high relief with two birds, one in flight, the other perched in the centre of flowering cherry tree on a matted ground within a hexafoil panel, the borders and base finely engraved with scrolling foliage, 17th/18th century, 5.9cm. (2)
