A rare Chinese porcelain Ding

A rare Chinese porcelain Ding, simulation bronze, of archaic form, each side decorated with taotie masks, and raised on splayed feet, the body splashed with turquoise and heightened with gilding, the base with a moulded six character Qianlong mark, but probably 19th century, all on an elaborate and reticulated hard wood stand, the cover set with a jade knop. Minor repairs. 44.5cm. overall. (3)
