A large Chinese famille verte plate, brightly painted with a small figure in a boat in an extensive watery landscape with three pagodas, a pine tree and the setting sun, the border with eight panels containing differing flowering bushes on a complex diaper band, the reverse with an artemesia leaf mark, Kangxi 1662-1722, the centre with a restored drill hole, 38.5cm.
