A Rathbone copper belt buckle
A Rathbone copper belt buckle, by R Llewellyn Rathbone elliptical form decorated with flowers stamped Rathbone 10.5cm. high.
The cousin of Harold Rathbone, and related to W.A.S Benson, he produced metalwork for amongst other Voysey and Mackmurdo. As well as making jewellery he published two books on the subject in 1910 and 1920.
