A large stoneware Bellarmine jug or Bartmannskrug 17th/18th century, the bulbous body moulded with a roundel enclosing various symbols beneath a bearded mask to the neck, a short grooved strap handle to the reverse, and a Rhenish stoneware flagon or jug the ovoid body decorated in a tigerware glaze, some faults, 43cm max.
