A large pearlware satirical jug, c.1790-1800, printed and hand-coloured with The Vicar and Moses, the corpulent cleric being taken home drunk by his scrawny assistant, the reverse with a long verse about the ridiculed pair, a little good restoration, 23.5cm.

There are several versions of this subject; this particular print was published by Bowles & Carter, c.1785.
