A Longton Hall mug and a small bowl, c.1760, the cylindrical mug painted with a bird perched on rockwork between flowering branches, the bowl painted in the Chinese manner with flowering peony beside rockwork and a fence, with a Derby teapot and cover and similar bowl, both decorated in famille rose enamels with peony and other flowers, minor faults, 19.5cm across. (5)

Provenance: the Derby bowl formerly the Raymond Dennis Collection. Purchased from The Watney Collection, Part I, 22nd September 1999, lot 394.
