A Venetian maiolica albarello from the workshop of Maestro Domenico, c.1560-70, the slightly waisted form painted to each side with the portrait of a young man, reserved on a blue ground and decorated with flowerheads and leaf scrolls in green, yellow and ochre, 17cm.
