A good Worcester mug, c.1758-60, the barrel body with an everted rim, finely painted with three colourful long-tailed birds with beaks agape, perched on holey rockwork, a smaller bird diving down on them from above, the reverse with a loose flower spray, the grooved strap handle with a puce motif, 12cm.
