A Flight Barr and Barr cabinet plate c.1815, painted by William Billingsley with a small floral arrangement including two large passion flower blooms, reserved on a ground of gilt seaweed tendrils issuing from the gadrooned rim, faint impressed mark, a little regilding to the rim, 22cm.
