A Samson porcelain figure group late 19th century, in the Meissen manner, of a couple taking tea at a small table, while a maid stands behind, raised on a low oval scrolled base, pseudo blue crossed swords mark, some losses to the tea things, 24cm. Contained in a contemporary fitted case bearing a shield with three fleur de lys.

Provenance: The Old Rectory, Little Langford, Wiltshire. Sold by order of Trustees of the Estate of the late Miss S.F. Rooke.
