A Ralph Wood 'Mould 51' Toby jug c.1790, a large brown jug of ale on his left knee and a cup in his right hand, his clay pipe resting up against the box on which he sits, decorated in a muted palette with primrose yellow breeches and a blue waistcoat under a camel coat, impressed 51, a small amount of good restoration, 25cm.
