A Minton Majolica centrepiece in the French manner date code for 1862, the quatrefoil dish marbled to simulate agate with a raised enamel and gilt border, supported on the backs of two winged putti holding leaf garlands around a pair of doves, impressed marks beneath the base, 27.2cm across.
