An early Bow blue and white saucer c.1754-56, painted with the Koto Player, an Oriental lady seated in a garden landscape and playing an instrument resting on her lap, the rim decorated with auspicious objects, 11.3cm.

Provenance: from a deceased estate in the New Forest. Purchased from Steppes Hill Farm Antiques in 1996 and described as being from an English private collection.
