A Russian porcelain figure by the Gardner Factory in Moscow mid 19th century, of a peasant kneeling on mossy ground with a bundle of logs resting on his back, the top of the logs lifting to form a box, his left hand resting on a hollow tree stump forming a low spill, impressed factory mark, some restoration, 12cm.
