An English enamel patch box c.1780-90, the oval form inscribed in black to the lid with 'Have Communion with few, Be familiar with one, Deal justly with all, And speak evil of none', within delicate flower sprays on a pink ground, the inside of the lid with a mirror, some good restoration to the base, 4.3cm.
