A Worcester teacup and saucer c.1780-85, the fluted forms painted with the Royal Wedding pattern of three differing floral swags around a turquoise caillouté band, open crescent marks, 13.6cm. (2)
The pattern was so named when a service of this type was presented by the Borough of Cheltenham to HRH Queen Elizabeth and the Duke of Edinburgh on their wedding in 1948.
