A Staffordshire enamel étui, painted with courting couples and dogs before Classical ruins, within gilded rococo panels on a raised enamel ground, the interior fitted with a variety of implements including scissors, tweezers and a spoon, c.1780, some overpainting to the interior, 10.8cm.
