A good pair of Nantgarw London-decorated small tureens, covers and stands, moulded with scrolling foliate panels and finely painted with flowers including rose, tulip, polyanthus and chrysanthemum, impressed marks to the stands, c.1814-23, 18.8cm. (6) Provenance: The Cyril William Kieft collection, the Ann and June Kieft collection nos 181 and 182. Cf. W D John, Nantgarw Porcelain, colour plate 29A for a similar example.
