An unusual delftware small drug or pill jar, painted with a cartouche of songbirds and a fruit basket above garlands issuing from angels around the inscription, P:HIER:CUM:A, 18th century, extensively broken and repaired, 9cm.
Hiera cum agaricus was a purgative electuary containing mushrooms.
