Fine & Important Glass

Our Fine & Important Glass auction, to be held on Tuesday 14th April, includes consignments from a number of collections. The auction opens with part 2 of a Collection of Privateer Glasses. We are also delighted to present an outstanding selection of important glass from an English private collection. Highlights include exquisite Beilby glasses, rare examples of Jacobite and Williamite glasses, colour twist glasses, and an exceptional and documentary Dutch stipple-engraved glass, signed by Frans Greenwood and dated 1742. Further enriching this remarkable offering is a rare and significant set of vases, decorated in the celebrated atelier of James Giles and presented to the Rt. Honourable Baroness Thatcher on 27th October 1994
