A Meissen sweetmeat figure c.1770, modelled as a blackamoor wearing a brightly coloured feathered skirt and headdress, standing beside an ogee-moulded basket painted with small floral panels, the base applied with flowers and leaves, blue crossed swords and dot mark, some good restoration to his right hand, 17.2cm.
