A Vincennes broth bowl or ecuelle (écuelle ronde) c.1749-53, the squat circular form painted with sprays of flowers, echoed to the interior, the scroll handles applied with flowers and highlighted in enamel, blue interlaced Ls marks enclosing vertical dots, the cover lacking, some chipping to one handle, 19.7cm.
