A rare Worcester blue and white saucer c.1758-60, painted with the Anemone pattern, a single bloom within a wide floral moulded band, within a lambrequin border, workman's mark, 11.8cm.

Provenance: a private collection in Wiltshire. Paper label for the Thistle Collection, K8.

This design is a rare variation on the Chrysanthemum pattern which bears the same moulding and border design.
