A William Reid (Liverpool) blue and white slop bowl c.1756-60, painted with the Bird on a Branch pattern, orientated towards the foot, a single bird perched on flowering peony branches, the interior rim with a panelled trellis border, numeral 8 inside the footrim, a small rim chip, 15.6cm dia.
