A delftware flower brick c.1760, the rectangular form painted in blue with low huts beneath trees in a rocky island landscape, the recessed top pierced with an arrangement of 6 small holes around a shaped aperture, chipping, 16cm across.
Provenance: acquired from Sotheby's, 14th February 1967, lot 6 (part), formerly in the collection of H R P Lomas.
