A delftware flower brick c.1750, possibly Lambeth, the rectangular form painted in blue to each long side with a Chinese lady holding a single flower beside flowering plants, the shorter sides with flowering mimosa sprays, the top pierced with seven even rows of three holes with blue stars between, blue 4 mark to the underside, some chipping, 15.7cm across.

Provenance: acquired from Sotheby's, 26th March 1968, lot 30.
