A pair of creamware plates c.1780, probably Leeds or Neale & Co., printed in black with Minerva seated before three putti encircling a globe, within an oval panel inscribed 'Let Wisdom Unite Us', flanked by dead game and other birds, the border moulded with three swags, some nibbling to the rims, 25.4cm. (2)
