A good Whieldon type creamware plate c.1760, moulded in shallow relief with a large leaf spray reserved on a ground of leaf veins, the scalloped rim with six foliate scrolls enclosing diaper panels, decorated with splashes of blue, black, green and manganese, 22.3cm.
